Robert Adhoot

Robert Ahdoot is a math educator and founder of YayMath.org, a free online collection of math video lessons filmed LIVE in his classroom, in studio, and as street performance art. He is a MATHstreamer with Carnegie Learning, two-time TEDx speaker, and author of One-on-One 101: The Art of Inspired and Effective Individualized Instruction.

Crawford

Dr. Chariese Crawford brings over 24 years of experience in education, specializing in mathematics instruction and professional learning. As Director of Professional Learning in Texas, she led a team supporting Dallas ISD’s middle school math implementation, ensuring impactful teacher support. With a background as a district math coach, university program manager, and secondary/post-secondary instructor, she has been recognized for her excellence in education, including Mathematics Teacher of the Year

Manager of School Partnerships

John Lanphear

John Lanphear is a Manager of School Partnerships with Carnegie Learning, where he has been supporting educators since April 2022. In this role, he provides training and guidance to teachers implementing Carnegie Learning resources. Before transitioning to this position, John spent nine years as a middle school math teacher and coach in Chicago, Illinois. He holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Cincinnati and a Master's in Education from Dominican University in Illinois.

Amy Jones Lewis

Amy Jones Lewis believes that all students are capable of learning math at a deep conceptual level. She brings this passion into her role as she leads the Instructional Design Team, overseeing the content development of Carnegie Learning’s K-12 math instructional resources. Amy is committed to ensuring all students have access to high-quality mathematics instruction from empowered teachers. She is the former Director of Educational Services, where she worked with teachers and coaches across the country to successfully implement the Carnegie Learning blended math solutions.
